Our Chilli Fruit Liqueur is a UK first and a great for food pairing as it works well with salmon or fish dishes or with dark chocolate. We like you to try this neat first and you’ll get a wee chilli kick as you swallow down. We advise serving with tonic and ice and I’d like you to slap the top of the glass with fresh mint (releases the flavour) and serve with a chilli (if you’d like more heat) and a mint chocolate straw or mint matchmaker; chilli gin & chocolate – a perfect pudding in a glass! Our recipe card shows this as a Chilli Mojito too.
