Using one of the oldest methods of f ermentation, our Sourdough balls key ingredient is its preserved 118-year-old fermented yeast, known simply as ‘Mother Yeast’. The yeast ferments the dough and gives the slightly ‘sour’ taste associated with sourdough products, improving the flavour and making the pizza easier to digest.
Our dough balls will arrive semi-frozen and should be placed in the freezer immediately. The dough balls will last up to 9 months in the freezer and up to 5 days refrigerated.
