Our unique Rhubarb liqueur is created using our special Scottish gin combined with fresh local rhubarb gathered from the Angus and Perthshire countryside.
Following Scotland’s fruit calendar our rhubarb gin liqueur is the second gin we batch in the year. Sweet and fresh, it’s great with Prosecco, sparkling apple juice or on the rocks!

Gin Bothy began in 2015 when founder Kim Cameron was making award-winning jam in a local bothy. Rather than waste the excess fruit and juice she took her mum’s advice and added it to gin as that’s what they used to do. The rest is history and Jam Bothy became Gin Bothy!
