Cateritaly is a family-run business with a strong attachment to family and, of course, genuine and delicious food.
Cateritaly Ltd will not sell or release customer information to third parties or any entities outside of the business.
We'll aim to ship your order within 2 days from recepit.
For larger orders (pallets) we require at least 7 days of lead time.
We will accept returns of unwanted product if the customer has changed its mind.
Please do not return the package to us if there are breakages/leaks, kindly inform us of the situation and dispose the ruined product. Pictures of the breakage will be required as well as indication of which lot numbers have been affected.
