As lovers of spicy food, it became clear that our options for great chilli-based condiments were pretty slim and they didn’t always pair well with our meals. We found that many mass-market brands lacked flavour and that many independent brands often created gimmicky (think devil horns and flames) ‘fiery’ chilli sauces.
