Your products are visible on the Delishops Wholesale marketplace as soon as they are published and available to all business customers.

Deliver your products to the customer

When an order has been placed Delishops send you all the details, so you just need to ship the products to customers.

Payment for the balance of your orders (after sales fees) is deposited straight into your bank account – and we let you know when it happens.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I accept payments with Delishops Wholesale?

Delishops Wholesale comes fully integrated with Stripe (Our centralised payment gateway) so your customers are able to pay by credit card payments and other payment methods such as Apple Pay and PayPal. No need to sign up for any accounts with Stripe, PayPal or any other payment gateway – Just manage your products and we’ll take care of payments.

Which currencies and countries does Delishops support?

Your customers can choose to pay in any currency supported by Stripe. However, we currently only offer purchase and shipping within Great Britain.

What if I get more orders than I can manage?

Managing your inventory, availability of products on any channel is simple. So, you are always in control of the volume and speed of sales.

How many orders can I expect?

To a great extent, that depends on you. It depends upon how many of our channels you choose to sell on, and, like any online shopping experience, your prices, descriptions, images etc all make an impact. But, we have plenty of sales channels, tools and advice to help you make the most of them.

How quickly will I get paid for my sales?

We automatically process payments via BACS on a weekly basis. So, our sellers receive payment directly into their bank, every week for any order received in the previous week.

I only have one product line, is it worth registering?

Yes, absolutely. Small businesses, startups and artisan producers, with a passion for their products, are a big part of what makes Delishops tick.

Are there any transaction fees?

Yes, we have partnered with Stripe, the best in class external payment gateway, who charge for their service. The fees range from 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending upon your subscription.

Can I change my subscription later?

No problem! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

Is there a minimum contract?

Nope. All standard Delishops subscriptions run on a month to month basis. 

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you decide that Delishops isn’t for your business, you can simply close your account.
