It's an all-natural blend of Pressed Ginger Juice, Blossom Honey, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with a chilli kick. Described on Saturday Kitchen Live as "beautiful" by none other than Yotam Ottolenghi, the Ginger Switchel is best enjoyed as a revitalising spritz at the end of a busy day.
